About

The Amos Fund has always been a team effort. We are (from left to right): Laura Peterson, Deb Proctor, and Pat Mcleod.

Laura is a retired administrative assistant from Sauk Valley Community College. She lives in Prophetstown and is active in the Prophetstown Main Street Committee. She has two rescue dogs, Shadow and Sunshine.

Pat is a retired business teacher. She does the gift shop at Hospice Festival of Trees and is also a member of the Bark Park Committee. She is the proud owner of Buckley, a Golden Doodle.

Since Amos’ death, Deb has adopted two more cockapoos, Joey and Dempsey. They had their first competition in December.

Maryjane and Bruce

Maryjane and Bruce Munsell have been silent supporters of the Amos Fund for the past 2 years, and have joined our board. They bring with them years of experience in administration and fund raising. Their first official project was this year’s wine tasting, and they solicited donors and sponsors for the auction table. Thanks for joining us, Maryjane and Bruce. We are happy to have you.
